The T.L.S.A.E. or Traffic Law and Substance Abuse Education is a 4-hour course (also known as DATA, START, Drug and Alcohol Course) is required for all new drivers getting their license. If you are getting a license for the first time, this is the place to start!

The Knowledge Test is also known as the Written Test, Permit Test, Road Signs & Road Rules Test.
